Alumni Association serves as a liaison between the Institute and alumni and works relentlessly to foster positive and productive Institute-Alumni relationships. It was started in the year 2013 and it continues with the aim of strengthening the ties between the college and the alumni. Alumni would combine academic experiences and career development so that recent graduates would be encouraged to take initiative to meet the present problems in the competitive corporate world. With this idea in mind the committee encourages its brand ambassadors to hold various interactive sessions on multiple themes ranging from career counseling to placements. Many of the alumni of Kailash Women’s College are in good positions in top organizations in the Country and across the world. Some of them come forward on a regular basis to meet the students and offer career counseling and advice.

VISION

The purpose of the Alumni Association of Kailash Women’s College and Management is to serve as a platform to bridge the gap between student-alumni and the college and to connect the students with the alumni to get the benefits including career services, special events, and lectures.

MISSION

• Strengthen communication between alumni and the college.

• Provide opportunities to alumni to participate in the continued growth and development of the college.

• To join up our gems and the faculty of college to share their experiences with each other.
• To create a strong network between the institution and the alumni.
• To sustain and update the data base of all the alumni of the college and to interact with them.
• To promote the campus placements through the Alumni working in reputed industries in India.
• To provide guidance to the present students in their endeavor for better employment and higher studies.
• To honor the outstanding alumni in the society.
• To arrange seminars, debates, workshops and also to arrange cultural and social welfare programs.
• To notify the job offers to the students and the alumni.
